Terms and Conditions

By being a client, you are agree with these terms and conditions which respect our mutual time and commitment to our therapeutic relationship.
1.
Cancellation By Client for Session:

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours the client will be invoiced the full session.

Price Changes
​
Fees are subject to annual increases to reflect the cost of living. Existing clients will be given 6 months notice of any changes in fees.

Fee changes do not affect the price of blocks which have already started or sessions which have already been booked or invoiced, if applicable.
5.
Lateness
Your appointment time is our agreed start and end time of your session. For late arrivals, your session will still end at the same time.
For home visits, the session begins when I arrive just as it would if you arrived at my clinic at your appointment time. If you are not ready, your session will still end at the same time.
2.
Invoices

Invoices will be provided to the client upon request. Please give 5 days for the invoice to be completed.
4.
Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the appointment and do not attempt to cancel, you will be invoiced for the full session rate.
If the session which was not attended is part of a package of sessions, then the session will still count as one of the package sessions.
6.
Cancellation by Therapist

If the therapist cancels an appointment, the session can be re-arranged at a date and time which is convenient for the client and the therapist.
